WebBORTAC’s Selection and Training Course (BSTC) was designed to mirror aspects of the U.S. Special Operations Forces’ selection courses. The grueling BSTC, which may last over a month, begins with physical testing involving push-ups, sit-ups, pull-ups, a 1.5 mile run and a pistol qualification. Candidates who WebAgents wanting to join Borstar have to attend a selection course. The course is physically challenging and is very swim intensive. Upon completion you'll attend training to receive your EMT-B certification. They get the opportunity to attend a lot of additional rescue training like rope rescue, swift water rescue, scba, etc.
