There is no power loss just a bit of exhaust gas residue on the manifold between the #2 & #3 exhaust port just forward of the coupling joining the 2 piece manifold. I don't think I'm up to doing this repair myself.

The 400 keeps on climbing to around 2100. I suspect they may do something like limiting boost pressure or simply limiting fuel intake slightly at the top end, thus curtailing the max power a bit.
