While the etiology is unknown, intensive sun exposure and cervical spine disease have been proposed. This study describes the clinical, electrodiagnostic (EDX), and cervical MRI findings in nine patients diagnosed with BRP. WebbClinical suspicion and identification of the etiology are essential for the proper management of patients during an acute episode, varying according to age and, above all, the site where the reaction occurs. To confirm the etiology, additional tests may be necessary, such as specific ige dosage, puncture or provocation test.
